  • Built an in-house survey platform to collect data across 11 industry reports in the AEC sector, replacing SurveyMonkey.

Data and Research Intern

  • Fine-tuned a GPT model to classify open-ended employee responses, providing companies with deeper insights into workforce engagement.

Research Assistant

  • Collected and cleaned 140,000 insurance calls, created new variables, and used sentiment analysis and statistical methods to study how an AI note-taking tool affects agent behavior.
  • Set up a controlled experiment where a Retell AI agent simulated the customer side of calls, and hired participants through Prolific to act as agents, comparing behavior with and without AI present.
  • Built a UI to run the simulation, keeping data collection consistent across all participants.
