I'm a software engineer and AI specialist. I completed my MS in Computer Engineering at USF in December 2024, focused on building data pipelines, AI-driven tools, and full-stack applications that solve real problems. At Zweig Group, I've built survey platforms, ETL systems, and applied NLP to automate analysis for the AEC industry. As a research assistant at USF's TKAI Lab, I studied how AI note-taking tools affect human behavior — cleaning and analyzing 140,000 insurance calls, designing a controlled experiment using a Retell AI agent to simulate customer interactions, and building the UI that ran the simulation. I've also done freelance work for small businesses, including a Django-based operations automation system for a gas station chain and an OCR pipeline that processes handwritten receipts using a fine-tuned Google model and GPT, extracting structured data from 20,000+ receipts at 90% accuracy for an air conditioning company.
