Pickleball Video Coaching
An in-app Pickleball Video Coaching platform that helps coaches review client submissions with timestamped annotations, drawings, and structured feedback, while clients track goals and progress in one place.
Built to replace scattered video review workflows by keeping coaching, practice assignments, and improvement metrics connected — from video uploads and compare/reference clips to goals, skill progress, and achievement tracking.
Key Features:
- Coach + Client Roles: Coach-driven review workflow; client sees published annotations and their progress.
- Video Review Workflow: Videos move through statuses like pending, reviewed, and needs_revision.
- Timestamped Annotations: Coach adds notes and drawing data to specific moments, then publishes.
- Threaded Annotation Replies: Follow-up feedback stays tied to the original timestamp.
- Compare Clips + Coach Cam Overlays: Upload reference footage and PiP coach recordings that appear at set times.
- Goal and Task Tracking: Client progress (0–100) with goal completion and coach-managed tasks.
- Skill Progress + Milestones: Quantified improvement across stored skill levels and achievements.
- Pro Video Library + Recommendations: Coaches curate pro content by category and send targeted picks.
