Corporate Survey
An in-app Corporate Survey system that replaced a $30,000/year SurveyMonkey subscription — giving company administrators a structured, organization-level way to collect workforce feedback entirely in-house.
Built to replace a $30,000/year SurveyMonkey subscription — the entire survey workflow now runs in-house, from creation to response collection and reporting.
Key Features:
- Organization-Level Surveys: Create and manage published corporate surveys by year, with categories, questions, choices, and multi-field question support.
- Role-Based Survey Access: Control who can take corporate surveys via per-user organization access (staff can view/update everything).
- Admin Dashboard for Progress: Track response status (draft, in_progress, completed), filter by survey, and monitor completion and required questions at a glance.
- Survey Studio Tools: Copy existing surveys, reorder questions, and edit the full survey structure including choices and fields.
- Excel Import/Export: Import survey structure and optionally responses using a SurveyMonkey-style 2-row header format; export responses back to Excel.
- PDF Downloads: Generate preview PDFs for surveys and formatted response PDFs per organization.
- Change Detection on Submit: Uses a deterministic answers hash to warn on unchanged submissions and supports force resubmit.
